Jen is the visionary behind Homeschool Foundry™ and the co-founder of Homeschool CEO®. With over 21 years of homeschooling experience and multiple ventures built from the ground up, Jen has spent her career equipping families and businesses with tools to thrive.
As CEO, she drives strategy, partnerships, and thought leadership and brings her unique lens as a homeschool mom, mentor, and entrepreneur who has led communities of thousands worldwide.
Monica Snyder
Co-Founder & CTO
Monica brings the vision of Homeschool Foundry™ to life with her expertise in coding, product design, and building scalable platforms for brands like Disney, AAA, and The Knot. She has a proven track record of turning complex systems into intuitive, user-friendly tools.
When exploring homeschooling for her own children, Monica quickly hit the same wall many parents face: overwhelming curriculum choices and no trusted way to compare them. That experience ignited a spark which has now turned into a mission to create a platform that transforms how families discover and choose curriculum with confidence.

Bianca McGee is a financial strategist with Fortune 500 leadership experience and the founder of Plan Profit Grow. She has advised and trained over 100 founders on pricing, margins, and capital readiness.
