Reviews, Giveaway, & Community Guidelines

Homeschool Foundry™ was created to give parents a trusted place to share real experiences with curriculum — uncensored, unfiltered, and actually useful for other families. Your review helps another parent make one of the most important choices in their homeschool.

How to Write a Helpful Review

When writing your review, imagine you’re talking to a fellow homeschool parent over coffee. Be honest, specific, and share the details you wish you had known before purchasing.

A helpful review often includes:

  • Your context: grade levels, homeschool style, number of kids you used it with.
  • What worked well: features, approaches, or experiences that stood out for your family.
  • What didn’t work: challenges, gaps, or things that may not fit every family.
  • Your outcome: did it save you time, bring peace, or help your child thrive?

Tip: Reviews don’t need to be long, but they do need to be real. Even a few sentences can guide another family’s choice.

Community Standards

To keep Homeschool Foundry™ a safe and trusted space, we ask that all reviews follow these standards:

  • Be respectful — critique the curriculum, not the parents, teachers, or children who use it.
  • Be truthful — share your actual experience, not hearsay or secondhand opinions.
  • Be constructive — highlight what worked and what didn’t so others can make informed decisions.
  • No spam, promotions, or self-promotion — reviews should never be ads in disguise.

No hateful or harmful content — discriminatory, offensive, or harassing language will be removed.

Moderation Policy

We believe in transparency. That means:

  • Reviews are never hidden because they’re negative.
  • Reviews may be removed only if they violate community standards (spam, hate speech, fake accounts).
  • Vendors cannot pay to boost or bury reviews. Period.
  • Every flagged review is reviewed by our moderation team to ensure fairness and accuracy.

Your voice matters. By following these guidelines, you help build a resource parents everywhere can rely on.
