1. Sponsor

The Homeschool Foundry™ Monthly Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Homeschool Foundry, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit a curriculum review on Homeschool Foundry™ during the entry period. One entry per review. No purchase necessary. Reviews must comply with Homeschool Foundry™ Community Guidelines.

4. Entry Period

Each Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the calendar month (“Entry Period”).

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive $100 in homeschool curriculum of their choice, provided that the curriculum is listed on Homeschool Foundry™ at the time of prize redemption. Prize will be fulfilled as a gift card, vendor credit, or direct purchase by Sponsor – depending on chosen vendor’s preference. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100. No cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random using random.org from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, another winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to:

  • Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
  • Release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.
  • Allow Sponsor to use your first name, last initial, city/state, and review content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Miscellaneous

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of laws. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
